Does your Hand Sanitizer include methanol?
Our Hand Sanitizers are manufactured in the U.S. and do not include methanol as an ingredient.
How do I care for my luxury candles?
We care about your safety and we want to make sure you have a great experience with our candle products. Basic but necessary candle care instructions... Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, away from draft and flammable materials. Keep out of reach from animals and children, keep wick trimmed to 1/4" prior to burning and be sure to never leave your candle lit unattended and be careful as the glass vessel may become very hot!
Do you test on animals?
We do not test our ingredients, formulations, or finished products on animals nor do we condone animal testing.
Are your ingredients all-natural?
Antica Farmacista’s fragrances are formulated using the world’s finest ingredients. We source both naturals and synthetics and in both cases, we pride ourselves on sourcing the very best. In many cases, natural oils are exquisite and the optimal choice for our usage. In many cases, the most naturally beautiful scents are not able to be extracted and therefore synthetics are created to emulate these naturals. And in some cases, the most exquisite synthetics are superior to naturals. Ultimately our goal is to formulate the most beautiful complex fragrances, utilizing the best quality ingredients.
What is Auto Replenish?
Antica Farmacista Auto Replenish ensures that your body and your entire home are consistently scented with your own sophisticated, luxury fragrance. This replenish program is convenient and customized to your schedule. You tell us what fragrances you'd like and how often you would like them delivered during check out, and we send them to you automatically. Joining Auto Replenish is easy; it can be done while browsing on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To join, simply select the Auto Replenish option for your desired Antica Farmacista products, select your preferred shipment frequency, and check out as normal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt depending upon product availability.
- Standard FedEx Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days from order’s ship date to arrive. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.
- Please inquire about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.
Do you ship internationally?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express & PayPal only. We do not accept checks or money orders.
How do I know my order has been processed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details upon successful receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent when the items have shipped with the transaction details. Depending on your email filter, you may not receive this correspondence.
Can I make a change to my order?
Orders are processed upon receipt. Please contact email@example.com immediately if a change is needed. Items that have not yet shipped are able to be changed as long as they have not been packaged for shipment.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received either damaged or defective. In the rare event that this occurs, please send your information including your order number and product in question to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your product. My points aren’t showing up, what can I do?
Send us a note with the points you are missing, and proof you’ve completed the action where you intended to receive points (i.e. a purchase receipt, screenshot of you following us or your review, etc) and we will manually update your points balance.
A few additional notes here:
- Unused points expire after one year.
- You can only receive points 1X for following us on social media.
- Referral specific:
- You can only refer each friend once
- You will not see your referral credit until your referee has completed their purchase, and this credit can only be used on purchases $100+
- You cannot refer yourself (we track IP addresses to ensure this doesn’t happen)
How do I get my birthday discount? Is it different?
Yes! We have updated the birthday experience, but you’ll still get an extra special gift from us. To receive your birthday gift, you need to sign up for an account with us (if you don’t already have one), and we will apply 100 points to your account on your birthday- equivalent to $10 off your next order.
