Antica Farmacista’s fragrances are formulated using the world’s finest ingredients. We source both natural and synthetic ingredients and pride ourselves on sourcing the very best quality. In some cases, natural oils are the optimal choice for our usage while synthetics are optimal for other uses. Our goal is to formulate the most beautiful complex fragrances, utilizing the best quality ingredients.
Products
- Remove the seal and place diffuser reeds in the bottle.
- Immediately flip the reeds to break in the scent and maximize fragrance.
- Place your reed diffuser on one of our decorative trays to prevent any spills from staining.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you notice the reeds becoming dusty or clogged, replace them with new reeds.

To determine which diffuser size is right for you, consider the size and use of the space.
- 1000ML REED DIFFUSERS: Great for grand entryways and spaces with high ceilings
- 500ML REED DIFFUSERS: Ideal for living rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms
- 250ML REED DIFFUSERS: Perfect for bedrooms, offices, or dens
- 100ML REED DIFFUSERS: Ideal for bathrooms, closets, or mud rooms
Most diffusers last between 2-4 months, depending on care and oil strength. Antica Farmacista reed diffusers have the following life spans:
- 100ml reed diffusers: 1 - 2 months
- 250ml reed diffusers: 2 - 3 months
- 500ml reed diffusers: 5 - 6 months
- 1000ml reed diffusers: 8 - 12 months
To determine the best place for your diffuser, consider the size of the diffuser, the size of the room, and your fragrance intensity preference. If you desire a stronger fragrance throw, place a larger diffuser in a smaller space. When placing your reed diffuser, ensure the surface is flat and away from the risk of knocks.
The number of reeds in your diffuser will impact fragrance intensity. If you prefer a stronger fragrance throw, we recommend using all of the reeds. Alternately, remove a few of the reeds to soften fragrance intensity.
We recommend changing your reeds every time you open a new diffuser or if your reeds become dirty or dusty since this can affect how well the oil works. If you flip your reeds more than once a week, you may want to change your reeds once your diffuser is about half way used.

We recommend flipping your reeds daily or weekly depending on how strong you’d like the fragrance.
To make your diffuser smell stronger, flip your reeds for an instant fragrance boost. If you desire a stronger throw, move your diffuser to a smaller space or an area with airflow and higher foot traffic. Some fragrances are naturally stronger than others. If your diffuser is not strong enough for your preference, let us know and we can recommend a stronger scent!
We do not carry reed diffuser refills. You can refill any empty 100ml or 250ml bottles with a 500ml or 1000ml diffuser. Just make sure to clean the empty bottle first and use fresh reeds!
Our diffuser bottles and candle vessels can be used as flower pot, bud vases, or bath salt jars–the opportunities are endless.
To ensure you have the best experience with your Antica candle, follow our favorite tips below:
- Trim your wick: Prior to your first burn, trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch long to ensure your first burn is clean. You can use our wick trimmer, or sharp scissors to do this!
- Ensure the candle is clean: Clean candle debris off with your fingers to prevent unpleasant smells caused by burning dust particles.
- Leave time for your first burn: Let your candle burn for 2-3 hours the very first time you burn your candle. This will allow for an even burn and prevent any tunneling.
- Place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, away from draft and flammable materials. Keep out of reach from animals and children. Be sure to never leave your candle lit unattended and be careful as the glass vessel may become very hot!
To prevent your candle from tunneling, trim your wick to at least 1/4 of an inch with a wick trimmer before burning. Don't tip it while burning, avoid placing it in drafts, ensure surfaces are flat, and burn your candle for 2-3 hours max (until the entire top surface has liquified).

Antica Farmacista Auto Replenish ensures that your body and home are consistently scented with your own sophisticated, luxury fragrance. This replenish program is convenient and customized to your schedule. You tell us what fragrances you'd like and how often you would like them delivered during check out, and we send them to you automatically.
Joining Auto Replenish is easy; it can be done while browsing on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To join, simply select the Auto Replenish option for your desired Antica Farmacista products, select your preferred shipment frequency, and check out as normal.
- Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt depending upon product availability.
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from order’s ship date to arrive. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- We are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details upon successful receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent when the items have shipped with the transaction details. Depending on your email filter, you may not receive this correspondence.
Orders are processed upon receipt. Please contact [email protected] immediately if a change is needed. Items that have not yet shipped are able to be changed as long as they have not been packaged for shipment.

Send us a note with the points you are missing, and proof you’ve completed the action where you intended to receive points (i.e. a purchase receipt, screenshot of you following us or your review, etc) and we will manually update your points balance.
A few additional notes here:
- Unused points expire after one year.

Referral specific:
- You can only refer each friend once
