"I’ve reached out multiple times via email and voicemail regarding the order I placed and have not received a single response for almost 3 days. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service is a huge part of building trust, and unfortunately your company completely missed the mark. You really need to hire people to answer the phone or at a minimum return customers’ call within few hours. What’s most disappointing is that I genuinely like your product and could have been a customer for life. Instead, the poor customer service and inability to get even a basic response has made it very hard to do business with your company in the future. The first time I placed an order with your company, the shipment was delayed. So far, my interaction with your company have been disappointing."
