Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Kirkland, a suburb about 30 minutes outside of Seattle.

Describe what you do at Antica Farmacista:

I have the pleasure of running all our digital marketing. If you see an ad, social post, email, or text from Antica, it’s been lovingly sent by me!

Where do you point people who are just discovering the collection for the first time?

Ooh for the very first time, I’d have to go with our Reed Diffusers or our new personal perfume collection! Both bring so much beauty to your space, as well as amazing fragrance. I also love that there will be a scent for everyone, depending on personal preference.

What are your personal favorites?

When it comes to our home fragrance, I can’t get enough of Cask! I love how it’s sensual, spicy, and cozy all at the same time. From our perfume line, Cozy You is my everyday scent. (It also pairs beautifully with Cask lotion). Whether I’m lounging or out and about, applying Cozy You brings a soft, calming elegance that has become a huge part of my daily ritual.

What are some passions you pursue outside of work?

In addition to fragrance, movement and reading are some of my greatest joys! I teach Pilates 2-3 times a week and love to help people connect with their bodies through movement and music. I’m also an avid reader, and love to write book recommendations for family and friends.

What's the best advice you've ever received?

Success looks different for different people. There is no one path to follow to find success in your life, and the best way to be successful is by staying true to yourself and your values.

Is there anyone in your life you truly admire?

My mom and older sister. I’ve been so fortunate to be raised with two amazing role models for what it looks like to be a woman in the world, and I am beyond grateful for that!

Do you have any early memories that involve scent?

My earliest memories of scent all surround my mom's baking. There were a few key things she would bake every year: rolls on Thanksgiving, apple pie for my dad's birthday. Every time I smell one of her baked goods I’m instantly transported to the kitchen of my childhood. Probably one of the reasons I love warm scents so much…

What might we be surprised to know about you?

I’m obsessed with astrology, and really take my signs to heart. I’m a true Taurus, and my favorite type of night is staying in with a new book and lit candle next to me!

Describe your dream getaway.

I love a trip that has a little bit of everything. Right now I’m planning my honeymoon in Spain, which is definitely going to be a dream getaway! We’re planning to start in Barcelona, indulging in Spanish tapas and cocktails, soaking up all the art, and feeling the energy in the air, then ending in a beach resort in Mallorca to rest and recharge.
