"This is one of my favorite scents but this purchase was not a favorable one. Small bottle diffuser seemed as usual, however large bottle lacked sufficient, strong scent. It was very weak and barely noticeable in a smaller room. When I advised customer service they suggested I change reeds, which of course I always use new and clean ones. Then I was asked to provide number on bottom of bottle which is not easily done. I believe I received an older bottle of oil, or one not properly prepared. If number is to find the batch made, then company should always make note of this and make it available directly on customer's order/packing slip. Not my responsibility to try and figure that out. I was also told I should flip the reeds daily. Ridiculous! This is not necessary and not what other companies that produce good quality oil recommend. A replacement bottle was not offered, so uncertain if I can order again. Not pleased, very disappointed."
